Guanajuato working together with other states to consolidate the Bajio region

The Bajio states are working together to become more consolidated as a region and collaborating to attract investment and thus bring growth to the economic activity in Mexico. For example, BMW had plans to be installed in Leon, however, the cost was too high, and therefore, the Company chose a location in San Luis Potosi, and Guanajuato welcomed this decision, because it helped to create industrial parks in the North of the State. Toyota's arrival to the State will help Queretaro's economic dynamism enormously, furthermore consolidating the regional economic dynamics.
