HCMF invests US$16 million in new plant in Coahuila

With an investment of US$16 million, Taiwanese company HCMF inaugurated a plant in the Santa María Industrial Park in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.

The facility will specialize in the manufacture of solar and sliding roofs for the automotive industry, meeting high international quality standards. This project will generate direct and indirect jobs and strengthen the value chain that supplies vehicle manufacturers in North America.

The inauguration included a ribbon-cutting ceremony, the symbolic signing of sunroofs, and a tour of the facilities, followed by a private meeting between executives and authorities to define projects that promote economic development and automotive manufacturing in the state.

HCMF, founded in 1961 in Taiwan, has operations in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. The opening in Coahuila responds to growing demand in the automotive market and is part of its global expansion strategy.
