Herbalife opens call center valued at US$24 million
With a US$24 million investment, Herbalife inaugurated its contact center in Queretaro, the second in Mexico, which is going to generate 200 new jobs over the next two years. Through this call center, the Company is going to expedite the operation of nearly 250,000 independent distributors in Mexico, Center and South America. The combination between innovation and highly qualified human capital, put together at this new call center, are pieces that contribute to maintaining the Company’s leadership. According to the Company, the Call Center has the objective of bringing specialized service to the whole network of independent distributors, with their sales orders, as well as post-sell support.
