To better meet the needs of its expanding customer base, HRSflow announced the establishment of its new service center in Queretaro, Mexico, in cooperation with WCS.

The new location will provide technical service support to all of the company's customers and OEM users of its hot-runner systems located in Mexico.

"Our customers will benefit from prompt spare parts availability 24 hours each day supporting all of Mexico," said HRSflow in a press release.

HRSflow said that the company is dedicated to providing worldwide customer service support with complete spare parts availability for all of its customers' requirements in order to maximize the efficiency and benefit provided by its hot-runner systems.

Service technicians and spare parts facilities are strategically located in 28 countries around the world, assisting HRSflow's customers to achieve their goals from a local support team.

HRSflow is a division of INglass S.p.A., headquartered in San Polo di Piave, Italy. The company specializes in the development and production of advanced hot-runner systems for the injection molding industry.

The group has more than 1,000 employees and is present in all the major global markets. HRSflow produces hot runner systems at its European headquarters, as well as in Hangzhou, China, and at its newly built facility in the United States at Byron Center near Grand Rapids, MI.
