Koller Group starts operations in Puebla to supply parts for Volkswagen

Bavaria-based Koller Group started operations in Puebla to manufacture injection-molded parts. The company invested US$ 6.5 million so far and recruited 100 workers.

The Koller Group, a family-managed technology company has established itself as an automotive industry supplier for virtually all European car manufacturers. 

The company will supply lightweight trunk floors for the Golf and the Tiguan compact SUV, which are built in the Volkswagen assembly located just a few miles from this new facility. 

The German firm develops injection molding and pressing tools, PUR honeycomb sandwich boards and ready-to-install components and systems as well as injection-molded parts in small and large series. 

Koller is one of Europe's leaders in the field of load-bearing lightweight construction elements, which are mainly used as cargo floors in more than 60 models from various manufacturers.
