Grupo Traxion, which had five companies from the cargo segment already, as well as one company dedicated to move passengers and staff, announced the acquisition of a new company. Traxion reported the acquisition of Redpack, a firm focused on the parcel and courier segment. Redpack partners will invest in Traxion shares through open market operations. The transaction does not include any type of real estate. Traxion currently participates in the consolidated package and cargo segment through Palex, its brand. Redpack has a list of characteristics that satisfy the investment criteria of Traxion, among which are: recognition in the local market, strong participation in a high growth segment where the group was not participating within the logistics industry, with operational and commercial strength and over 192 sales locations.
