The Spanish manufacturer and distributor of material for architecture and design, Cosentino Group, inaugurated its new logistics hub in Mexico. Company officials hope said hub will foment the brand’s growth in the country.

"The opportunity within the Mexican market is huge and we believe that with the new equipment that we have just put out on the market, with this new logistics hub and with the new marketing strategy that we want to implement, we can put Cosentino at the level that we want," said Eduardo Cosentino, CEO of the firm for the North American market.

The new logistics hub, installed in the outskirts of the city of Toluca, State of Mexico, consists of a warehouse of 6,900 square meters, capable of storing up to 8,000 tables. The hub will be able to efficiently serve its distributors in nine Mexican cities.

Cosentino has been present in Mexico for 18 years, although, according to Eduardo Cosentino, "the business has been evolving slowly". However, their prospects for sales growth with their new strategies are high. When it comes to their future, Cosentino expects to grow between 25 and 30% in Mexico within the next three years.
