Industrial park in NL starting infrastructure works

The water, drainage and electricity infrastructure works, as well as the construction works for the first industrial building of the Hofusan Industrial Park, located in the municipality of Salinas Victoria in July this year. The works should be completed before the year ends, and the park will then offer services. Hofusan has contemplated to divide the project into five stages, which in total shall take about 10 years. It is designed for multiple uses, with 450 hectares for the industrial sector. It will also feature commercial areas and there are plans to have a residential zone on the West side, facing Sierra de las Gomas.
