KIA investing US$30 million in 12 distributors
KIA Motors continues its expansion in Mexico, and it will invest US$30 million to open 12 new distributors, introducing a sports vehicle and a hybrid vehicle. Additionally, KIA announced that it will start the KIA Konfidence, its program of certified semi-new vehicles, looking to increase the residual value of vehicles and strengthen vehicle sales. KIA will have a total of 85 car distributors in Mexico, thus covering 98% of the Mexican territory and becoming the sixth largest network of distributors in Mexico, underscored Alejandro Medina, KIA’s Distributor Development Director.
