Kia Mexico: Among top 3 employers in 2026

Kia Mexico ranked 21st in the “Best Employers in Mexico 2026” ranking: the annual list compiled by the statistics firm Statista in collaboration with Forbes Mexico. This ranking directly and anonymously assesses the perceptions of thousands of employees nationwide, measuring workplace culture and growth opportunities.

With a score of 96.27 points, the automaker stood out in the overall ranking, made it into the top 3 in the automotive sector, and was named one of the three highest-rated companies in Monterrey on the list—a key benchmark for the business sector in northern Mexico.

Marianela Calderon, Director of Employee Experience and Administration at Kia Mexico, emphasized that this ranking reflects a corporate culture based on constant feedback.

This advancement in the Forbes list, combined with the Great Place to Work certification the automaker already holds, strengthens the company’s competitive advantage and positioning in an increasingly demanding labor market.
