Kinedyne opens US$1.4 million distribution center

Kinedyne inaugurated its new Distribution Center (CEDIS) in Naucalpan, State of Mexico: a facility that nearly doubles its capacity to produce and market load-securing and load-control systems for the heavy- and light-duty vehicle segments.

The opening of this complex marks a new phase for the company in Mexico and coincides with the 30th anniversary of its operations in the country. According to the company, the project required an investment of US$1.4 million and aims to strengthen its ability to serve the domestic market, as well as improve service levels for its customers.

The new CEDIS covers an area of more than 5,000 square meters, 70% of which is dedicated to warehouse and production areas. These facilities house manufacturing processes for side curtains and sewing operations for the assembly of various load-securing and load-control systems.

As part of the event, the company conducted a tour of the new facilities, showcasing the CEDIS’s operational capacity and the inventory available to serve the market. The center houses approximately 800 products designed for both heavy-duty freight transport and light-duty vehicles.

Among the main solutions that Kinedyne manufactures and markets are side curtains and straps used primarily in beverage delivery vehicles. Its portfolio also includes straps and nets for securing cargo, load bars and restraints, securing systems, anchoring terminals, and partitions designed to divide refrigerated semi-trailers into zones with different temperatures.
