Lease of industrial building skyrockets 60% in Mexico Valley

The industrial building lease business is maintaining a solid performance in central Mexico. According to Cushman & Wakefield, this activity grew a little over 63% in the Metropolitan Zone of the Mexico Valley (ZMVM) in the first trimester of 2017, with a record 455,225 m2 occupied, compared to the same period in 2016. Among the most important operations during this period, there is listed one by VF Outdoor with a 34,148 m2 lease from Prologis in Tepotzotlan, as well as the 28,987 m2 acquired by Geodis Wilson from Prologis Tepotzotlan.
