Maquila in Sonora looking for 3,500 workers

The industrial sector in Nogales, Sonora, has not been able to satisfy the demand for nearly 3,500 workers, mostly operators. Jesus Montoya Matuz, executive director of the Maquiladora Association of Sonora (AMS) in Nogales, indicated that investment continues to arrive to town and factories keep on looking for workers and for this reason, an employment fair is to be celebrated this month. Moreover, the Ministry of Work in the State is supporting the efforts to find more people to work in Nogales.
