MegaMex Foods, a subsidiary of Hormel Foods and Herdez del Fuerte, set itself the goal of reaching US$1 billion in net sales by 2020. In order to achieve this, the company will work on five business key points, which are channel expansion, brand building, innovation, leadership, and acquisitions.

MegaMex Foods formed in the United States on October 21, 2009, and is a joint venture between Hormel Foods Corporation and Authentic Specialty Foods Inc. (ASF), which is a subsidiary of Herdez Del Fuerte.

In short, the company executes the production, distribution, and sale of a wide variety of Mexican products to distributors, retailers, and convenience stores. Some of the products that the company commercializes are produced by Herdez Del Fuerte in Mexico.

MegaMex Foods offers a wide variety of Mexican food products and ingredients in the United States including sauces, peppers, tortillas, salad dressings, condiment mixes, guacamole, and frozen food.
