The National Center of Aeronautic Technologies (CNTA) is ready to operate, and it will be inaugurated soon by the Mexican President, Enrique Peña Nieto, declared the Secretary of Education, Alfredo Botello Montes. Moreover, the infrastructure is complete and only the last batch of equipment, which includes a special oven, is pending. The CNTA received recently the AS900/100 D Aeronautic Certification, to recognize its appropriate operating conditions and standards, as well as its operational capacity in this sector. This Center, besides working with the Firm Horizontec to develop light aircraft, is also working with Turbopartes Corporation to develop exportation aeronautic components (turbine blades) for the Peruvian market.
