The aviation market in Mexico will continue to grow, despite political and economic conditions worldwide, according to Andres Fabre, Executive Director of Aeromar. Flying has become increasingly common in Mexico thanks to the growth of airlines, which are no longer competing for passengers, but working as a team to generate more passengers altogether. Aeromar, on the other hand, will integrate 8 ATR airplanes to its fleet, with a US$205 million investment, escalating its seat offer by 40% and its cargo offer by 25%, according to Mr. Fabre. He added that, based on the conditions unfolding over the course of the year, the Company will decide whether or not to buy six extra planes, which would signify an important expansion in Aeromar's fleet.
