Mexican automotive industry lays eyes on Brazil and Argentina
The automotive industry is pushing the Mexican Government to join the Economic Complementarity Agreements with Brazil and Argentina. These agreements focus on having a freer commercial exchange with these Countries, said Eduardo Solis, President of the Mexican Association of the Automotive Industry (AMIA). He revealed that a plan is being outlined with the Ministry of Economy to start negotiations with these two Countries, which currently represent around 35% of the total number of vehicles Mexico exports to Latin America.
