Mexican companies launch a trade mission to Canada

More than 240 Mexican companies are participating in a trade mission to Canada aimed at expanding exports, forging strategic partnerships, and strengthening investment ties between the two countries.

The tour, organized by the Ministry of Economy, includes activities in the cities of Toronto and Montreal, where more than 1,800 business meetings will take place with approximately 200 Canadian companies.

The mission brings together Mexican companies from sectors such as agribusiness, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, electromobility, creative industries, education, innovation, and technological development. Most are small and medium-sized enterprises interested in opening up markets and establishing new business relationships in North America.

At the same time, Mexican and Canadian officials will hold bilateral meetings focused on trade and economic cooperation issues in preparation for the USMCA review process.
