Mexican Space Agency to approach Airbus Safran Launchers and other companies

Congress representative Javier Herrera asked the Mexican Space Agency (AEM) to approach Airbus Safran Launchers and other companies that wish to invest in Mexico, with the objective of establishing public policies for the development of the aerospace industry. The aerospace industry in Mexico is currently attracting 47% of the FDI, which is estimated to reach US$1.6 billion by 2020. Herrera expressed that this sector must be prioritized, as it is showing more dynamism, both industrially and in academic formation.
