The Mexican Government, through the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food (SAGARPA) and Chile's Ministry of Agriculture and Foreign Relations, are collaborating to strengthen the export capacity of agricultural producers, as well as fostering the adaptability of both countries' productive sector in face of the climate change. Among the agreements established, there is one to coordinate work with the purpose of reducing disease and pest risks in exportation products, to help producers satisfy the demand of the international markets.
