Mexico and Indonesia reinforce bilateral cooperation in the agri-food sector

Mexico and Indonesia established bases to strengthen the bilateral cooperation for agricultural research and development, as well as agri-food commercial exchange. Indonesia is considered one of the main gateways to the agri-food markets in the Asia-Pacific region, and is now becoming a strategic partner for Mexico. This will yield results aimed to the exchange of information and health protocols to enable exportation of meat and poultry, fruit and produce, as well as livestock and processed products from Mexico to Indonesia.
