Mexico and US taking energy relation to a new level
Mexico and the US are looking to raise their energy relation to a whole new level and are ready to work on a plan to develop resources that have not been exploited yet, to boost energy trade in North America. Mexico’s Secretary of Energy, Pedro Joaquin Coldwell, and his peer in the US, Rick Perry, gave a joint address during a visit of the US officer to Mexico. Perry said that Mexico is a crucial partner to the US and securing a regional energy strategy is high priority. Coldwell affirmed that they agreed to work as a team to support commerce, infrastructure and investment, as they have already identified investment opportunities for both countries.
