According to the Embraer Company, the demand of executive jets in Mexico will reach the 110 units within the next 10 years, representing US$2.4 billion investment. Gustavo Teixeira, Embraer's Vice President, said that this demand is a growth opportunity for the Firm, reason why an alliance with Across (located in the Toluca's International Airport) was signed for the executive jets sale, aiming to keep growing in Mexico. Under this agreement, Across became an authorized sales representative of Embraer's executive airplanes for the Mexican market. Vice President Teixeira highlighted that the Company estimates that 1 out of 3 executive jets in Mexico will belong to Embraer in 10 years. He added that the executive aviation global market can generate over US$259 billion with a demand of up to 9,100 new executive jets.
