The Secretary of Communications and Transport, Gerardo Ruiz Esparza affirmed that Mexico is becoming a Country producer of high technology export manufacture, with economic stability and low unemployment. During the 2017 Summit of International Transport Forum, in Germany, Ruiz Esparza pointed out that from these transformations onward, Mexico is more prepared to accelerate the pace and compete in the globalized world, as it is no longer an oil producing country, but a producer of high technology export manufacture.
