Mino Industry inaugurates plant in Leon

Japanese auto parts company Mino Industry Mexico inaugurated its plant in this municipality with investment valued at US$ 40 million. Located in the Colinas de Leon Industrial Park, this factory will uphold 250 direct jobs. Mino produces aluminum auto parts such as alternators, car camera frames, hydraulic steering and car computer frames. Operations in Mexico will start wit the production of aluminum alternators. From this location in Leon, the Japanese company will serve customers such as Denso, Asmo, NSK, JTEKT, Mitsubishi and Subaru.
