NAICM requires US$1.5 billion by 2016

Near of US$1.5 billion will be applied to diverse advances in the construction project of the NAICM, said Raul Gonzalez, Corporate Director of Infrastructure of the Mexico City’s Airport Group (GACM), who also stated that there is a general progress of 3%, expecting to conclude by 2018 and to start operations by 2020. He explained that the NAICM’s perimeter fence has 30% progress, while the camping of the GACM has a 20% progress, therefore, these projects, and the temporary drainage construction aiming to avoid floods of land during the works construction, are expected to be concluded this year.
