QUERETARO - Grupo FRISA and Parks Industrial laid the first stone of Ciudad Marqués Business Park, an industrial park south of Santiago de Querétaro, which is part of the Ciudad Marqués master project.

The complex will be located in the municipality of El Marqués, Querétaro, which is considered a hub in the Bajío region. According to official information, it will have 780 thousand square meters (m2) of gross rentable area and will require an investment of US$887 million.

In this context, he thanked the presence of Fanny Huang, CEO of EOI, and Allan Kuo, general manager of the company in North America.

In addition, he stated that they continue to develop the necessary infrastructure to accompany the project, including 18 thousand homes next to Ruba with all services and 120 thousand m2 of gross rentable area for commercial spaces.
