Nicoya Industrial Complex inaugurated in Baja California

Ildefonso Guajardo Villarreal, Secretary of Economy, inaugurated the Industrial Complex Nicoya, in Mexicali, Baja California, that will provide infrastructure to develop companies, mainly from the aerospace sector. Mr. Guajardo met executives from UTC Aerospace Systems and walked through the factory of composite acoustic panels and the building for assembly and special projects. He also visited the ULINE headquarters. In this place, he declared that Nicoya is showing the ability to simplify regulation schemes, while opening and facilitating plans for domestic and foreign trade, in order to keep forward with a fundamental opening process. UTC Aerospace Systems, on the other hand, a major supplier of aerospace products, has a labor force of over 900 associates, producing several high-quality, hi-tech aerospace components.
