Nissha Group triples its footprint in San Luis Potosi with US$ 10 million investment

Japanese manufacturer Nissha Group plans to invest US$ 10 million this year alone at its Mexican subsidiary Nissha PMX Technologies SA de CV to more than triple its footprint, news outlet Plastic News (subscription required)  revealed in recent days. 

The plant located in San Luis Potosi will grow from current 32,000 square feet to 107,600 square feet by the end of year, while its molding machines will increase from 42 to 55.

The company produces engine, interior and exterior automotive parts for companies such as Webasto Group, Bosch, Denso, BorgWarner, Valeo, TI Automotive and Cummins, but it also builds components for appliances manufacturers like Whirlpool and Samsung.
