North American Corporation Generac purchases Selmec

North American Company Generac Holdings Inc. —manufacturer of internal combustion propelled motor equipment— reached an agreement with the Enesa Group investment fund to buy the Mexican Company Selmec Equipos Industriales and its subsidiaries. Generac informed that Selmec currently has 300 employees and a 9,000 square meters plant. The purchase agreement with Enesa includes energy generation products and aftermarket assistance services.
