North and Bajio, with opportunities in the mold and die-cut sector

There is a market valued at US$8 billion for the die-cut, molds and tooling manufacturing sector in Mexico, which can be joined by companies from the Bajio and the Northern region. Companies of this sector that are located in these Mexican regions have the greatest potential to increase their market participation and expand their production. The Bajio States that could make the most of this are: Queretaro, San Luis Potosi and Guanajuato; while in the North, there are Nuevo Leon and Coahuila. There are estimations of roughly 200 metal-mechanic companies operating in Mexico, with 106 of these companies manufacturing die-cut pieces, molds and tooling.
