Chief executives from Grupo Aeroportuario Del Centro Norte (OMA) presented Hector Astudillo, Governor of the State of Guerrero, with the construction project for the new Terminal Building for Acapulco's airport. The new Terminal building will have a surface of over 18 mil square meters, standing for a US$29.56 million investment, with the capacity to provide services to 1 million 300 thousand passengers. The new Air Terminal of the Acapulco Airport is complementing the efforts from authorities to promote this major touristic destination, reasserting OMA´s compromise to contribute with modern infrastructure, thus guaranteeing operational security in airports, as well as continuous improvement in the services rendered", weighed in Diego Quintana, President of OMA's Administration Council.
