Parks Industrial inaugurates first stage in Jalisco

GUADALAJARA, JAL - Parks Industrial inaugurated the first stage of El Salto Park III, a logistics complex located in the industrial corridor of El Salto, south of Guadalajara, Jalisco.

This project will have 315,507 square meters (m2) of industrial buildings on a total land area of 535,185 m2.

The first phase covers more than 100 thousand square meters of surface area, with 90% leased. This occupancy allowed the announcement of the second phase, with the expectation that the new industrial buildings will be delivered in the next 12 months and the entire park will be completed within 18 months.

It is estimated that the complex will generate approximately 5,000 jobs in the region in its final stage of development.

According to the firm, this US$250 million investment is part of a plan to consolidate the region as a key point for industry.

Charles El-Mann Metta, CEO of Parks Industrial, highlighted that the development of El Salto Park III represents growth, innovation and commitment to logistics.

“This inauguration is the culmination of all the efforts we have made, from the purchase of the land to the delivery of this new park,” he said.

For her part, the mayor of El Salto, María Elena Farías, pointed out that the expansion of the industrial corridor is key to the generation of employment and economic growth in the region.

In this context, the mayor called on companies with good practices to see the municipality as a strategic area in which to continue investing.

Parks Industrial currently operates eight industrial parks in Jalisco, consolidating the state as one of the three most important investment poles in Mexico.
