Partners revive the TPP without the U.S.

With active participation from Japan, ministries from the 11 nations that are part of the Transpacific Partnership Deal (TPP), agree about the value of enjoying the benefits of the TPP and thus agreed to promote an expedite entry into force of this Free Trade Agreement. This pronouncement, along with a plan action, was agreed upon in a meeting in Hanoi, Vietnam, during the forum for Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC). The Japanese government is showing more interest in reactivating the TPP rather than negotiating a FTA with the U.S.
