PPT of Mexico gets ready for the First Latin American and Caribbean Space Meeting

MEXICO — The Presidency Pro Tempore (PPT) of Mexico in the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) 2020 will hold the First Latin American and Caribbean Space Meeting.

The event aims to promote satellite development cooperation for peaceful purposes, promote the development of the space sector and promote cooperation in training and transfer of applications and technology.

The meeting will be held on June, 2020 at the facilities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in Mexico City. Space agencies and public institutions belonging to the 33 CELAC member countries interested in developing regional impact space projects, promoting innovation and industrial and scientific development will attend.
