Project for renovation of SLP Airport was presented

Mexican North-Central Airport Group (OMA) disclosed the project to expand and remodel its Terminal Building, which will be starting construction works within the following months, standing for an investment of US$22.2 million. This construction will provide the capacity to serve over a million passengers, which will in turn, help satisfy the growing demand of transit that has been recorded in recent years, as well as estimated mid-term and long-term projections. The area marked for building and renovation, surpasses 13,000 square meters, equivalent to three times the surface of the current Terminal, with an avant-garde architectural design, equipped with state of the art technology and boarding platforms that can be attached directly to airplanes.
