Miguel Marquez Marquez, Governor of Guanajuato, met with executives of OKB Bank and Mino Kogyo, to give an update on the status of the Mino project in Guanajuato, and establish a joint strategy with the Gifu government, to have more Japanese companies starting operations in Guanajuato. Mino Kogyo, manufacturer of products for hybrid systems, electric power steering and engine control through aluminum smelting, will invest US$40 million on a plant at Parque Las Colinas in the municipality of Leon, thus creating 250 jobs.
