Governor of Coahuila
Automotive sales have increased and so has our employment. Regarding other industries we can see that mining industry and especially coal industry growth has been steady. And, we have signed very significant contracts with the CFE. Another thing is the price of our mineral has increased as well.
In the metal mechanic sector, home appliances, plastic electronics and electrical components, there are new projects coming to life in Coahuila.
All together we are now working with 15 new investment projects. All these will be developed in our great State.
Another factor to consider is the quality of life and another is the low-cost of living. But our main asset, what we really consider a true blessing is our hard working labor force. It is qualified and skilled and capable to compete with workers anywhere worldwide. And if that isn't enough, our competitive labor cost will definitely will make you turn your head towards Coahuila.
As long as we keep investing in R & D, Education, Infrastructure and most importantly Human Resource Development, I believe Coahuila has much to offer in the near future and further on.
