Silao automotive school under construction

The construction of the building for the "Richard E. Dauch" Institute of Education and Development has started in Silao, Guanajuato with investment valued at US$6.4 million, where staff members of the auto parts company, American Axle, will be trained. The training is focused in manufacturing, with machining, assembly, robotics, controllers and welding courses. The construction is expected to be completed in early 2018, to begin operations during the second semester this year. Governor Miguel Marquez Marquez, detailed that 4,000 people will receive training in the Institute, with a US$550,000 yearly investment.
