Fernando Ramirez Coronel, an Electronic Masters student at the Technology Institute of Hermosillo (ITH), obtained the ninth place among 35 graduate students participating in the aerospace summer in Samara, Russia. Adolfo Rivera Castillo, Director of ITH, disclosed the upcoming signing of a collaboration agreement with the Russian university. The Samara University regards ITH as a provider of engineers for this area, remarks Rivera Castillo.
