Special Economic Zones will receive US$5 billion

Activity will start officially in the Special Economic Zones with a US$5 billion investment from 200 companies, to generate between 28,000 and 29,000 jobs in the short term, with three major development projects. This, according to a report by the General Director of the program, Gerardo Gutierrez Candiani, who explained that these three projects will be developed in the Port of Lazaro Cardenas, which includes Michoacan and Guerrero; Coatzacoalcos, in Veracruz,  Puerto Chiapas, in the State with the same name.
