Special edition Ram 150: Powered by a Mexican-made engine

The 2026 Ram 1500 Laramie Night Edition HEMI stands out among the company’s lineup thanks to its engine: it’s a type that has been used in Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, and Ram models; however, the one powering the Ram 1500 Night Edition is the 5.7-liter HEMI V8, which produces 395 horsepower and 410 lbs-ft of torque and also incorporates the eTorque hybrid system.
Part of the HEMI engine’s performance comes from its enhanced efficiency through variable valve timing and cylinder deactivation (Fuel Saver) based on power demand. The eTorque hybrid system works by storing energy in a 430 kWh lithium-ion battery,
Premium components were used in the cabin to give the interior of the 2026 Ram 1500 Laramie Night Edition HEMI a luxurious feel, featuring elements made of carbon fiber, metal, and leather.
On the infotainment screen, the operating system displays the Uconnect5 graphical interface, which can be configured via the 14.5-inch central touchscreen, as well as a 10.25-inch screen on the passenger side, from which users can also access the navigation system or watch videos via HDMI. It’s worth noting that this screen features a privacy mode to prevent driver distractions.
