States Mexico register growth in the first quarter of 2018

According to data from the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI), 22 entities in the country had growth in their economic activity during the first quarter of the year, where Baja California Sur stood out.

The Quarterly Indicator of the State Economic Activity (ITAEE), mentioned that the state that had the best growth in its economic activity in the first quarter of the year was Baja California Sur, with 21.4% and in second position San Luis Potosí was placed with 7.6 %.

These entities are followed by Guerrero, with 5.3%; Quintana Roo, with 4.3%; Colima, with 4.3% increase; Michoacán and Sinaloa, with 4.1%, respectively, and Jalisco, with 4.0%.
