Tania Ortiz tapped as General Director of IEnova

Tania Ortiz will be the new general director of the energy company IEnova as of September 1, 2018.

Ortiz Mena, who served as executive vice president of development, will replace Carlos Ruiz Sacristan, who was appointed as executive chairman of the IEnova Board of Directors.

 "With a trajectory of more than 18 years in IEnova and 24 years in the energy sector, Tania Ortiz Mena has contributed in a very important way to position the company as the main private energy infrastructure business in the country."

The future CEO of IEnova is an International Relations graduate from the Universidad Iberoamericana and she holds a Master in International Relations from Boston University.
