Airport Management Group of Ciudad de México (GACM) is currently working in the executive project of its upcoming Ciudad Aeropuerto, which will include two convention centers, hotels and even industrial parks, according to (spokesman) Federico Patiño. All the basic infrastructure will be developed by GACM "with the idea of having the private sector build upon such needs, according to the master plan as it gets defined". There will be 40 public tenders, 38 of them for works and two of them for assessment tasks, and at least four of the projects within the Master Plan will be carried out through a Public-Private Association (APP).
