Three Chinese companies to invest US$ 280 million in San Luis Potosi, official says

Three Chinese companies from the automotive sector are due to settle in the city of San Luis Potosi with an investment of more than US$ 280 million, said the head of Municipal Economic Development, Marco Solis-Camera Alvarado, without mentioning the names of the companies or which automakers are to be supplied.

In a statement, the official said that with the arrival of these three foreign companies, an estimated of 500 jobs will be created in the initial stages. One of the companies will be installed in the WTC Park, the second in the Colinas Park and the third is yet to decide its location.
