U.S. investment projects going on in Guanajuato

The U.S. Government has adopted a more measured attitude in regards to commerce with Mexico, generating an environment of certainty to invest, considered the Minister of Sustainable  Economic Development in Guanajuato, Guillermo Romero Pacheco. For this reason, investment from the U.S. positively continues in Guanajuato. According to the Ministry of Economy, FDI from the U.S. to Guanajuato reached US$146 million in the first trimester of 2017, that is 15.4% less than the US$172.7 million recorded between January and March 2016. However, FDI from the U.S. represented 34.3% of total FDI in Guanajuato during the referred period, as well as the highest amount.
