U.S. is the Country that has more investment in Mexico in 2017
The investment that arrived in Mexico from the U.S. from January to March, surpassed investment from other countries, as it represents 50% of the total FDI. US$7.9 billion is the highest preliminary amount for a first trimester throughout the history of this indicator. The figure of the first trimester 2017 includes an operation valued at US$620 million for the purchase of Aeromexico stock shares by Delta Airlines. FDI accumulated during this administration totals US$144 billion, that is 52.2% more than the record of six years ago, corresponding to the same period of time with the prior administration, which had a US$94 billion record.
