US$275 million for BC-California land Port Of Entry

US$275 million are being invested on the land Port Of Entry in the city of Calexico, California, which is Mexicali, Baja California’s neighbor. This is part of the US$10.7 billion allotment for the US General Services Administration (GSA), according to a statement by the head of the office, Ms. Emily Murphy. She said that the investment on physical infrastructure and computers in the US, as presented in the expense plan, is going to enhance the Government’s security position, enabling agencies to conduct their critical tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
