The Texas Department of Transport informed that an allotment of US$7 million from federal funds was received to help rebuild the international railroad bridge between the border communities in Presidio, Texas, and Ojinaga, in Northern Mexico, in the State of Chihuahua. These funds will finance the rehabilitation of 115 kilometers of railroad from the sate border line up to the threshold of the community of Coleman, Texas. The President of the Texas Transport Commission, Tryon Lewis, praised the subvention as critical investment for the oil and gas industry of Western Texas.
